FC Barcelona
announced Tuesday in a written resignation to the guarantees that he claimed
the former president, Joan Laporta, and seven of its executives. Such waiver
has been filed with the district court number 24 of Barcelona.

representatives of Barca recall that on October 28 the district court dismissed
the plaintiff's 39 club liability action, a fact that is "closely linked
to the procedure followed here." Hence, although the company will appeal
the court ruling of 39 before the Provincial Court, the club "does not at
this time of any debt claim against the run as to justify the execution of a
security whose constitution is pursued in this procedure.
