Marc-Andre Ter Stegen has been cited with the German
Under-21, along with two other goalkeepers: Timo Horn (Cologne) and Bernd Leno
(Bayer Leverkusen). Barca, who is 22, has been signed by FC Barcelona this
summer.
The goalkeeper, who comes from a poor performance
